8Deep Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2007 by Tamikka F. Goldsby.  After exploring the idea of a non-profit organization for youths, she found herself doing more and more consulting for the up and coming business owners. Her expertise in non-profit and grant writing spread throughout her colleagues and within the non-profit community. She discovered that most small businesses owners and entrepreneurs were not leveraging their companies for long-term success. This increased her passion to educate and assist the small businesses with building a more sustainable company.

Ms. Goldsby is an outstanding Business Consultant, Career Coach and Grant Writer. She has worked with Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners and Non-profit organizations for over 13 years. She has expanded her clientele base to reach both national and international levels.

Tamikka F. Goldsby  background includes psychology/sociology and business administration with an emphasis on Human Resources, Certificates in Human Services, Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, (SHRM training) Senior Human Resource Management and Grant Writing.

She is currently completing her masters in Public Administration with an emphasis on Acquisitions and Contracting. Additionally, she is a Motivational Speaker and Group Facilitator. She is very passionate about small businesses and fully dedicates her skill set and knowledge in helping her clients reach optimal success and sustainability.
